We ordered a transfer from Prague airport to the hotel online from Moscow — a Mercedes, price 20 euros, no prepayment. After booking, a message came through WhatsApp from the driver with details for meeting at Prague airport.

For reasons outside our control the flight was postponed by two hours. Then the queue at passport control took another two hours — eight aircraft had landed together. The driver, Dmitry, waited for us. He met us with an easily readable name sign. The car was clean and not old. The price of the transfer did not change because of the waiting. Thank you very much.

We went on to use the company for excursions as well: a sightseeing tour of Prague and a trip to Dresden. All of it completely without prepayment.
