Frequently Asked Questions
Below are the questions passengers ask us most often: how booking works, what the price covers, how the airport pick-up happens and what to do when a flight is late. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we answer in English.
How do I book a transfer?
Tell us where from, where to, the date and the time — for an airport pick-up, the flight number instead of the time. Write by email or message us on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, whichever you already use. We confirm the car and the price, usually the same day, and send you the driver’s name, phone number and car before the trip.
How much does a transfer cost?
The price is fixed per car and agreed before you travel. Prague Airport to the city centre starts at €30, Prague to Karlovy Vary at €110. Choose your route in the booking form and it shows the available cars with the exact price for each.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. A second and a third passenger cost nothing extra. There is no meter, no night rate and no surcharge for luggage.
What does the price include?
The car and the driver for your group only, fuel, motorway tolls and the vignettes of every country on the route, and parking at pick-up and drop-off. Entry tickets to museums, castles and breweries are never included — you book those yourself and we plan the driving around the times you have.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver at the end of the journey is the default and the option most passengers take, in euros or Czech crowns. You can also pay online by card before the trip.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Visa and Mastercard go through PayPal’s own secure page, so you do not need a PayPal account and we never see or store your card details. The payment processor adds a 6% fee to online card payments — that is its charge, not ours.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) and Bitcoin (BTC), paid before the trip to our own wallet. After we confirm your booking, we send you the wallet address and the exact amount. Please send USDT only on the TRON network and only to the address we send you for your booking; the network fee is paid by the sender. More about paying in crypto.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, holding a board with your name on it. You do not need to look for a car or a number plate outside.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us, so the pick-up time moves with the aircraft automatically. There is no waiting charge, nothing to rebook and nobody you need to warn.
How late can I book?
For an airport pick-up we accept a booking up to one hour before landing. For an unusual route or a large group it is better to write earlier, but same-day bookings are normal for us.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Yes — free of charge up to two hours before the pick-up. No deposit is taken when you book, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. To move the time or the address, message the driver or us.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, and they are free. Tell us the child’s age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before the car arrives.
How much luggage can I bring?
There is no surcharge for luggage. Every car in the booking form shows how many passengers and how many bags it takes. If you travel with skis, a pram or four large suitcases, choose the van and mention it in the comment.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. Our drivers work with English-speaking passengers every day; Czech and Russian are covered as well.
What cars do you use?
Comfortable ordinary cars, none older than five years: an economy sedan or estate for up to three passengers, a business-class car, and a minivan for a larger group. The booking form lists the classes with the price of each for your route.
Can I book the return trip as well?
Yes. Book both legs at once, or arrange the return with your driver on the spot — he can take the booking himself.
How early should I leave for the airport?
Allow about two and a half hours in total: 30 to 45 minutes on the road from central Prague, and an hour and three quarters to two hours for check-in and security.
