Your booking request has been received. A confirmation with all the details has just been sent to the email address you gave us — please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
We will confirm your transfer within 30 minutes during working hours, and within 4 hours outside them (Prague time, GMT+1). Nothing is charged until then.

What happens next
- We confirm by email or messenger. Keep an eye on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram — that is usually the quickest way we reach you.
- Your driver contacts you before the journey. You will have a name and a phone number well before you travel.
- At the airport, look for the sign. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your surname on it. You do not need to look for the car.
- Pay at the end of the journey. Cash in euros or Czech crowns, unless you already paid by card online. The price we agreed is the price you pay.
